Higuma Ramen & Izakaya is a 2,600-square-foot ramen shop and izakaya on Belt Line Road in Addison, in the same building as Best Thai Signature, a few suites down. The name is the Japanese word for the Hokkaido brown bear. Too Chaisuwan, the owner named on the state permit, and his wife are the couple behind the Best Thai Signature restaurants; the first reviews arrived in May 2020.
