# Best Thai Signature, Addison: a family Thai kitchen since 2008

Best Thai Signature opened on Belt Line Road in Addison in 2008, run by the family behind the original Best Thai, which opened in Dallas in 1996. Kunya Chaisuwan cooks; her husband Too co-owns. In 2013 they knocked through the wall into the unit next door for a bigger dining room and a boba tea shop. The first-Sunday vegan buffet has now run for thirteen years.

txabby, 2013, who cannot tolerate salt: "they said I could order just about anything on the menu and they would make if for me with no salt and they did and it was awesome ....we will be going back alot."

Neither sounds like a one-off.
